Guest / Child Policy

For the safety and comfort for you, children are welcome only if they are receiving a scheduled service. I kindly ask that children leave the salon promptly once their appointment is complete. Due to sharp tools, chemicals and hot equipment, I am unable to accommodate children who are not being serviced. To ensure you have a relaxing experience and with limited space, I kindly ask that you attend your appointment solo.

Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments. Your card will not be charged unless a cancellation or no-show policy is violated.

Cancellation / No-Show Policies

I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without notice will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. You will be notified before your card is charged. 

Late Arrival Policy

A 10 minute grace period is provided to you. Arriving later than this may result in a shortened service or need to reschedule depending on how late you are. I kindly ask if you know you are going to be late, contact me directly, (986) 888-2483, and I can accommodate you over the phone. 

Food and Drink Policy

I do allow you to bring light snacks and beverages. I ask that beverages are secured and covered and light snacks. But, enjoy complimentary beverages and light snacks!
