Frequently Asked Questions

I recommend anywhere from 6-8 weeks. Cutting of just the split ends to maintain healthy hair.
To maintain any blond highlights, coming in every 5-6 weeks is most recommended. To maintain a balayage, coming in every 3-4 months is most recommended.
I do not have a cancellation policy.
Yes! Call to purchase!
Depending on what service you want, it can take anywhere between 3-4 hours for a blonding service. Any other color will take anywhere between 90 minutes- 2 hours.
